The cleanliness was superb, with everything shining and a helpful cleaning lady. The beds were really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. The staff was cute and gave us useful information about the city, including the nearby bus stop and shops. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the restaurants and cafes at the shore. The view from the balconies was also great.
All was good.

The pool was a great addition, clean and refreshing. the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having a kitchen to cook some meals.
The room was small and uncomfortable. Dirty sheets and towels upon arrival, with rude staff when we asked for replacements.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They offered great advice on local restaurants and attractions and were always available to answer any questions we had. the location was prime, with easy access to restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the balconies.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations. The sheets and towels were not replaced during our stay and we noticed a few bugs in the room.

The four bed room, spacious and clean. Practical kitchenware. Nice and clean bath. Helpful and sweet cleaning lady. Comfortable beds. Working air conditioning. Access to swimming pool and kitchen facilities. Cute and informative staff. Perfect location, with great views from the balconies.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is near the bus stop and shops. Guests have praised the helpfulness of the staff and the clean, comfortable rooms. Some rooms even offer a great view from the balconies. the swimming pool in the nearby Venetia Hotel is also a nice facility to have access to.
One guest mentioned that the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, causing an unpleasant experience during the check-in process.
